Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland Visit

Gillian from Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland came to Birdston Day Care today to provide our Day Care service users with information on how to prevent heart attacks and strokes with diet and exercise, and what to do if it happens to you or someone near you.
The informative talk was enjoyed by all with many service users taking the opportunity to have a chat with Gillian asking for any extra details on improving independence, which will be followed up by our own Day Care team.
Cathy Miller (Service User) thanked Gillian for her talk and said it was very interesting and full of useful information.
