Daffodil Tea at Clippins School
The pupils of class 1 at Clippins School, who visit our home fortnightly, kindly invited residents of Mosswood Care Home to their Marie Curie Daffodil Tea, to raise funds for people living with terminal illness.
The residents were treated to delicious home made cakes, with the senior pupils, ensuring the tea and coffee was flowing. One of the pupils who visits us regularly had his father with him and Sybil and Ella were delighted to get the chance to tell him how much they enjoyed the children's visits to the home.
A lovely day was had by all, especially Cathy and Margaret who were delighted with all the tombola prizes won and the delicious goodie bag of treats to take home to the other residents and staff.
