Ringing In The New Year In Style

Lillyburn's residents, families and friends celebrated New Year’s Eve in the company of Bob Nelson and friends, who have been coming along to perform for us on Hogmanay for over 6 years now.
They did not fail to delight the residents again this year with a selection of Scottish and Irish songs played on the violin and keyboard. Everyone had the chance to sing some of their favourite songs and we finished off the celebrations joining, hands to sing together Auld Land Syne and as happens every year, a few tears were shed. Lorna particularly enjoyed today’s concert, saying how nice it was to have such wonderful music on such a special day.
