Residents Explore The People's Palace

Lillyburn Care Home visited the People’s Palace as a lovely treat for the residents. A delicious lunch was served at the café, where they had a good conversation as they ate their meals.
After lunch residents explored the museum upstairs and had the opportunity to reminiscence about life in Glasgow in years gone by. John really enjoyed the tour of the museum as he and his late wife had done many times in the past.
Anna Smith commented on how much she enjoyed getting out and about today and said “what a lovely day with some lovely people.”
