Mother’s Day

Resident’s spent quality time with their loved ones this Mother’s Day over a special afternoon tea.
The tea was lovingly prepared by Birdston Care Home’s kitchen team, who made a scrumptious selection of homemade cakes and sandwiches.
This is the first Mother’s Day since Birdston Care Home has been redeveloped and it was a delight to see the newly landscaped gardens being made use of in the sunny weather.
The home was filled with laughter and love throughout the day. It was great to see relatives both young and old share and make memories with their loved ones.
