Mother’s Day is always a day to remember at Lillyburn Care Home, as staff open their special drop-in café to celebrate the occasion.
Mother’s, Mum-in-laws and Grannies were visited by their families who were welcomed to a beautifully decorated café filled with bunting, balloons and our best china tea sets. Chef John prepared a scrumptious afternoon tea which went down a treat as everyone enjoyed some quality time with the special ladies in their lives.
Practice Development Manager Marie Galligan said “we are very fortunate at Lillyburn to have such a beautiful environment which can be used for various activities. We have so much space which is just perfect for organising larger events such as our Café today”.
