Entertainment With Scarlet O’Hara

Day Care was joined by friend and singer Scarlet O’Hara, who performed with her partner Gary Carson.
Scarlet is a much-loved entertainer who regularly performs at Day Care. She is well known with our close neighbours in Birdston Care Home who paid a visit to join in on the fun.
Scarlet and Gary were excellent and service users thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and singing. Many were on the dancefloor showing off their dance moves!
A 3-course lunch was enjoyed consisting of Minestrone Soup, a choice from 3 main courses and a dessert pudding.
During the show, the audience tucked into ice cream and a light refreshment from the bar. Tea and cake were also served throughout the show.
The day was very special for Anne, Isobel and Jim. The trio all share the same birthday and were delighted to receive birthday wishes and cards from their friends and staff at Day Care.
The show ended with a huge round of applause and one last sing along. Until next time!!
