Bagpipes On Christmas Eve

The residents and staff at Mosswood Care Home braved Christmas Eve’s sunny but cold day to listen to one of our resident’s grandsons play the bagpipes in our car park. Our resident has spoken very fondly of their grandson. Having practised for many years we were delighted to hear that the piper wanted to volunteer his time to entertain our care home.
We all had feet tapping and lots of hand clapping along to the music. Alex said “what a great surprise it was this morning to watch someone this talented playing. I wish I could play the pipes!”
Vicky said “it was lovely of the young man to take the time to come and entertain us at such a busy time for everyone.”
